5. Vacation Rental Terms (Casa Suli)

5.1 Booking and Payments

Bookings can be made via Airbnb, or Booking.com.
A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.

5.2 Cancellations

Cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee.

5.3 House Rules

No smoking inside the property.
No pets allowed unless agreed upon in advance.
Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

5.4 Liability

We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while Guests are on the premises. Guests are responsible for their own safety.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our website or services.
