When will Casa Suli be available for bookings?
We plan to welcome our first guests in late 2025.
How can I book a stay at Casa Suli?
Once available, bookings can be made through Airbnb and Booking.com. Direct links will be provided on our website closer to the launch date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival may incur charges. Please refer to our Booking Policy for detailed information.

Shop Sicily is an online platform operated by Casa Suli, offering authentic Sicilian delicacies and products.

We accept:
Debit or credit card payments
Cash payments (available for collection orders only)
What delivery options are available?
We offer:
Shipping within Lithuania: Orders can be shipped via Omniva, DPD, or Lietuvos Paštas. The buyer calculates and pays the shipping fees at checkout. Once your payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours.
Item Collection in Vilnius: You can choose to collect your order within Vilnius. After selecting this option at checkout, we will contact you to arrange a time and location for the collection.
Can I purchase Sicilian products before leaving Casa Suli?
Absolutely! We encourage our guests to inform us in advance about any specific Sicilian products they wish to take home. By doing so, we can source these items, if available, and have them ready for you before your departure.
This approach offers several benefits:
Cost Savings: By receiving the products directly at Casa Suli, you avoid shipping fees and other online purchasing costs.
Convenience: No need to wait for deliveries or deal with potential shipping delays.
Sustainability: Reducing the need for shipping contributes to lower carbon emissions and packaging waste.
To arrange this, please get in touch with us with your product requests at least a few days before your departure. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and ensure you leave with a taste of Sicily in your hands.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product received is incorrect based on your order. Please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the order to initiate the return process.
How should I use the Sicilian pistacchio products?
Sicilian Hero: Spread the delicious pistacchio cream on bread. For added flavour, top with crushed pistacchios.
