1. Delivery
1.1 Delivery Regions
We currently deliver to:
Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia (Baltics Shipping Zone).
Italy (Italy Shipping Zone).
For deliveries to other EU countries, please contact us directly at support@casasuli.com.
1.2 Delivery Service Providers
Deliveries are managed by our trusted partners:
Baltics: Lietuvos paštas, Omniva, and DPD.
Italy: Poste Italiane.
We select the most suitable provider based on delivery speed and destination.
1.3 Delivery Timeframes
Baltic Countries (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)
Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days
Express Shipping: 1–2 working days
Italy
Standard Shipping: 2–4 working days
Express Shipping: 1–2 working days
During promotional periods or times of high demand, delivery times may extend to 5-10 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
1.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery country and selected method.
Orders above €75 shipped within Lithuania or within Italy qualify for free standard shipping. Orders above €90 shipped from Lithuania to Latvia, and orders above €100 shipped from Lithuania to Estonia, also qualify for free standard shipping.
The total shipping cost will be displayed before payment.
We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees in line with courier rate changes.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Right of Withdrawal
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
Personalised or custom-made products
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
2.2 Return Process
Notify Us:
Email support@casasuli.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to withdraw.Return the Goods:
Send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us.
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.Condition of Returned Goods:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature and characteristics.
2.3 Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will:
Process your refund within 14 days;
Refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding extra costs from express or non-standard delivery choices).
Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return.
2.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contact support@casasuli.com within 7 days of receipt.
Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including delivery and return shipping costs.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: Customer pays for return shipping.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: Casa Suli | Shop Sicily covers the return shipping cost.
3. Additional Shipping Information
Baltic orders are shipped from Lithuania.
Italian orders are shipped locally from Siracusa, Sicily.
As Shop Sicily is a boutique collection managed both remotely and on-site, product availability may vary.
Guests staying at Casa Suli can inquire about product purchases or pickups directly with the Host during their stay or before departure.
