1. Booking Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from Casa Suli or through our partner platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com). Guests are responsible for reviewing the reservation details and ensuring their accuracy.

2. Payment Terms

Direct Bookings: A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before check-in.
Platform Bookings: Payment terms are governed by the respective platform's policies (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com).

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation

Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total booking amount.

3.2 Non-Refundable Bookings

For reservations marked as non-refundable, guests will be charged the full booking amount upon confirmation. No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show.

3.3 Platform-Specific Policies

Airbnb: Our cancellation policy on Airbnb is set to "Strict," which allows for a full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After this period, no refund will be provided.
Booking.com: Our policy on Booking.com allows free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Modifications

Requests to modify reservation dates or guest details are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before the original check-in date.

5. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior notice (no-show), the reservation will be cancelled, and the guest will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Casa Suli reserves the right to cancel reservations. In such events, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their stay.

7. House Rules

Guests are expected to adhere to Casa Suli's house rules, which will be provided upon booking confirmation. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.
