ShopSicily is a curated boutique offering Sicilian products.
This policy applies only to ShopSicily purchases and related services and does not apply to accommodation services provided under Casa Suli, which are governed by separate terms and policies.

We currently deliver to:

  • Baltics Shipping Zone: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia

  • Italy Shipping Zone: Italy

4.2 Delivery Service Providers

Deliveries are handled by trusted partners:

  • Baltics: Lietuvos paštas, Omniva, DPD

  • Italy: Poste Italiane

The most suitable carrier is selected based on destination and delivery speed.

4.3 Delivery Timeframes (Estimates)

Baltic Countries (LT / LV / EE)

  • Standard: 2–4 working days

  • Express: 1–2 working days

Italy

  • Standard: 2–4 working days

  • Express: 1–2 working days

During high-demand periods, delivery may extend up to 5–10 business days.

4.4 Shipping Costs

  • Calculated automatically at checkout

  • Displayed before payment

Free standard shipping thresholds:

  • Lithuania & Italy: orders over €75

  • Lithuania → Latvia: orders over €90

  • Lithuania → Estonia: orders over €100

Shipping fees may change in line with courier pricing.

5. Returns & Refunds Policy

5.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

Exceptions (No Right of Withdrawal):

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food products)

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

5.2 Return Procedure

  2. Return the goods
    Send the goods back within 14 days of notification.
    Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

  3. Condition of goods
    Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
    You are responsible for any diminished value caused by improper handling.

5.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

  • Standard delivery costs are refunded (excluding express upgrades)

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • We may withhold the refund until goods or proof of return is received

5.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product:

Once verified, we will arrange:

  • Replacement or

  • Full refund, including return shipping costs

  • Faulty / incorrect items: covered by ShopSicily

  • Baltic orders are shipped from Lithuania

  • Italian orders are shipped locally from Siracusa, Sicily

  • Product availability may vary due to the boutique nature of ShopSicily

Guests staying at Casa Suli may inquire about product pickup during their stay, subject to availability.
